Add all to various options that can make use of it.

With the next addition of Tailwind (1.7.x) we have a new option called experimental. This option has a the ability to enable all experimental features with by adding ``experimental: 'all'`. Currently the only way to enable all variants, and options alike it, is to verbosely add something like:

variants: ['responsive', 'group-hover', 'group-focus', 'focus-within', 'first', 'last', 'odd', 'even', 'hover', 'focus', 'active', 'visited', 'disabled']

It would be nice for options like this to get something like:

variants: 'all'

and possibly even something like this

  variants: {
    opacity: ['responsive', 'group-hover', 'group-focus', 'focus-within', 'first', 'last', 'odd', 'even', 'hover', 'focus', 'active', 'visited', 'disabled'],
  },

vs.

  variants: {
    opacity: 'all',
  },
