EASY idea to set up tailwind

hey,
i got idea that may make installing tailwind css easier.
what about we get "Tailwind CSS IntelliSense" extension in VS code and add to it something like when you create new folder for new project and that folder is empty you right click the folder in VS explorer and it give you choice like lets name it "set up tailwind"
and when you click it, it sit up tailwind for you in one click instead doing all 5 steps.

i hope my point is clear and i didn't use tailwind before but i searched about it and found that its take to long or its annoying to set it up so i got this idea
