Thank you for these awesome icons!

I found a use for your icons outside of a website, in something that is going to be printed.

How should I go about crediting you on that? I'm not sure if/how the MIT license even applies to that.

I figured I would put: © tabler-icons.io / Paweł Kuna

Also, the "Terms" page on your website leads to a 404 page. :(
