Simple way to identify outer face of planar graph

When converting between meshes and the corresponding planar graphs, it is often useful to be aware of which face is the outer one. There is no ambiguity if the graph has vertex coordinates.

Make sure that this case is easy to handle with the various functions such as IGFaces, IGDualGraph, etc.
