The time to display the scenarios is proportional to the number of scenarios

for instance Cyclops and Cyclops Dev take up to 10 seconds to load when Toronto loads the scenarios in 2 seconds.
I think it could be optimized.

most of the time was getting the email metadata. we need to fetch it for each scenario so it scale with the number of scenario.
I changed this for a promise. each email is "..." then change to its value when its fetched.
