maybe, list everything, not when a project (model) in clicked

list project from first model when page is loaded. this reduce latency #404

when the page is loaded. the project from the first available model are fetches. thi reduced the perceived latency especially for user with only one model available.

Multi-Region Access Points pourrait etre une option.

Je crois que l'api est la meme que S3. seulement changer le nom du bucket.
