when we run the PT model, we do not want to go through all the steps and do nothing but copy the data.
We want to skip them.
Maybe the interface can let us choose our step function : that would be much faster

a verifier. moyen de reutiliser la meme step function. avoir un etape qui choisis une des 3., avoir 3 pipeline diffent dans la meme step function.

sinon. mettre des suffixe. quetzal_paris:1, quetzal_paris:2

you can add Choices in the step function now. I would need to put an example somewhere
