The header should be above all other elements except dialogs, therefore it should have a bigger z-index.

The z-index should be adapted individually for the global header, title (local) header, main navigation and megadropdowns.

This should be tested with the popover at least.

  • Make sure the megadropdown is bellow the header so that the megadropdown trigger is always visible
