As per the other ticket - here's a first draft. I don't know what our editorial standards are etc so leaving this here for review

this one is a little tutorial-ey for my taste, but i think its still fine as a recipe. happy to copy it in at some point (not actively working on this at the moment, but keen to come back to it)

@sw-yx I think we can mould it into a recipe. The goal was to get some ground-work in, and then work it into something usable.
