OCLC Test Transmission w/Production Data

1. Deploy to Airflow dev or stage
2. Ask @ahafele if we can create new records in FOLIO and use OCLC new, can these be deleted after the test?
3. Modify existing FOLIO records for updating holdings test
4. Upload CSV file with these Instance UUIDs
5. Test and repeat

Hi @jermnelson I have some records ready on folio-test. Let me know when you are ready for me to test the selection dag (I presume I'll want to do this before testing the transmission dag as I've been doing with POD?)

@ahafele, for this test we are hoping to use the CSV upload of Instance UUID instead of the selection DAG
