Attempting to register a druid with hrid a3955490 fails with the following error:
Blank value in description: adminMetadata.event1.date1

The same error also happens when trying to refresh metadata when using this HRID. I think that means it's either a MARC problem or a problem with the MARC mapping to Cocina.
