Not a problem but workflows of this project could get benefit from using cache from setup-node GitHub Action

Proposed solution
Start using cache: npm option

• coverage: ci(coverage): add npm 'cache' to 'coverage' workflow #1901
• danger-js: ci(danger): add npm 'cache' to 'danger' workflow #1900
• release: ci(release): add npm 'cache' to 'release' workflow #1899
• node.js: ci(node.js): add npm 'cache' to node.js workflow #1898
