Dev experience: script to pull JSON data from DataCore for local dev work #9

Add a script to package.json that essentially pulls items.json and the other data files from datacore.app to a local dir, add that local dir to .gitignore, and make that the default (probably need to update .env.default or make .env.local or similar with this value pre-filled).
