I think you will need to share way more than this for anyone to be able to help you. For example:

• Steps that you did
• Complete configuration
• Logs from the cluster operator

You can use the identity replication policy. There is an example here: https://github.com/strimzi/strimzi-kafka-operator/blob/main/examples/mirror-maker/kafka-mirror-maker-2-custom-replication-policy.yaml

(But you should then mirror the data only one way, otherwise it will cycle-up and mirror the messages around forever)

One last question please: is it possible to replicate the data on custom topic at destination?

Not really. I guess you would need to write your own replication policy in Java to do it and add it to the container image. But I have never written such a replication policy, so cannot give you any example or anything.
