Use case
The camera position (the blue dot) is currently centered vertically in the screen. This makes sense in crosshair mode because the user is presumably looking around in this mode.
Proposed Solution
I think in tilted track-up mode (with the arrow icon), the camera position should be shifted down to the bottom third/quarter of the screen, so that stuff behind the camera is less prominent, and it's easier to see stuff close to the camera or coming up ahead.
I think that's how it worked before the map change.
