Describe the bug
User fields created in the main site aren't replicated to subsites

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Given a main site with this plugin installed but not activated.
At least one subsite with this plugin installed and activated
In the main site create a user field required at checkout
It should affect main site and subsite checkout pages and it doesn't

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Isolating the problem (mark completed items with an [x]):

I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only Paid Memberships Pro plugin is active.
This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Memberlite.
I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.

WordPress Environment

WP Multisite 6.6.2 PMPro 3.3.1 pmpro-networks-subsite 0.5.3 PHP 8.1.29
