This PR updates the TypeScript documentation to remove references to the deprecated TypeScript Vue Plugin VSCode extension, as it's no longer needed for Vue development. The change simplifies the setup instructions by only recommending the Vue Language Features (Volar) extension, which now includes all necessary TypeScript support for Vue projects.
This documentation update accurately reflects the current state of the Vue ecosystem and helps prevent confusion by removing references to deprecated tooling. The change is particularly relevant as the link to the deprecated plugin was broken, indicating it's no longer maintained.
