Docs: Snapshot testing updates

What I did

With this pull request the documentation was updated to remove the Storyshots references from snapshot tests to the available options (test runner, portable stories).

What was done:

• Updated docs
• removed remaining storyshots assets
• Added snippets
• Updated toc.js
