I'm using a managed computer running ChromeOS, and my org has DefaultJavaScriptJitSetting set to 2, which causes WebAssembly to be non-existent, which the syntax highlighter apparently relies on to function (it blows up with a WebAssembly undefined error). This leaves each code block showing "Loading...".

undefined error). This leaves each code block showing "Loading...".The fix is to whitelist the site (JavaScriptJitAllowedForSites).
Putting this here since it doesn't quite seem like a real bug.
