bug whis deleted pkg and disable meta

Hello Stooged, can you make an update of you're great payload for fix two issue if you have some times ?

first issue:
if you uncomment (DISABLE_META) it copies some of the icons correctly but most of them will be (0Kb PNG icons) meaning it destroys the icon and pic of the game on the "XMB"

second issue:
After you delete pkg from "XMB", when you re lunch apptousb after installing new content he always copy empty folder and xxx.pkg was deleted before (0kb pkg)
