Bluetooth issue on 9550 #58

Hi,

I found out that the bluetooth on 18.04 would detect device but they would all be "unknown" and not pairable. To fix that I followed the following suggestion and it works: https://memcpy.io/fixing-bluetooth-on-the-xps-15-9550-on-ubuntu.html

Worth adding to the re-spin?
