User USB on Nucleo-H563ZI

I have a Nucleo-H563ZI board with an additional User USB port.
But I don't now how to use it.
Is there a simple "hello world" example to use it with Serial communication.

You have to select USB support in the menu:

Then you sheould be able to see it:

Thank you for that advice. Which serial class must be used Serial or SerialUSB?

Serial is an alias to SerialUSB when supersede is selected.

Ok, my problem is that macOS doesn't recognize my USB USER port, however a mac problem.
