Settings and other fixes

Added a settings page which allows:

• Line numbers
• Change font settings
• Force or disable hardware acceleration
• Different themes

Initial Release

The initial release supports Markdown Rendering and File I/O on Windows, OSX, and Linux machines. Markdown to PDF is only supported thus far by OSX and Linux.
