Downloadables for Windows

I'd like to pre-package Windows tools as much as possible in a downloadable location, for example powershell scripts, windows binaries (nc.exe, plink.exe, etc) and maybe even pre-compiled common exploits. The directory can then be symlinked in a web server directory, tftp server directory and other services used to host files for transfer.
