Hi there ,
I had same problem that got fixed by simply adding it to login items. Try adding QBlocker to login items as Steve stated on this topic : #4

I compiled a version from https://github.com/yasuaki0521/QBlocker which has some more recent updates and bug fixes (whitelist actually works for one), and I bypassed the Login Items check which was causing the crash so you'll have to manually add it to Login Items if you want it to run on startup.

You can get it at https://ersan.us/QBlocker.zip if you'd like.

1.2 does not work, beta 1.3 1 works, thanks ersan!
