Left<->Right scroll should scroll pattern view

Yes, you're probably right...
Although you can also scroll horizontally with the bottom scroll bar, of course.
I had horizontal scrolling mapped to horizontal swiping at one point, but that got me a little seasick when both axis were moving at the same time and vertical scrolling should always be active.

In Mac and Linux desktops you can Shift+scroll left and right. Just saying.
