Add support for embedding Peertube posts

Peertube supports both iframe and oEmbed, see https://stefanbohacek.com/blog/making-fediverse-apps-for-everyone/#embedding.

I'm not too sure if it makes sense to include large videos, maybe there should be an option in the plugin settings to limit the size of the media that gets downloaded and proxied.

I tried both options with oEmbed and iFrame. Both have their limits in general settings. I would like the videos to be sized correctly, responsively in mobile as well as in desktop views. Right now, I have to change settings in every single embed code. With your plugin I could make these settings in one place and allow to simply drop the link into the text. :)
