When TMP is in "own tab" mode, pressing the TMP toolbar button should bring TMP tab to current window #202

The current behaviour in own tab mode is that the window currently hosting the TMP tab will be focused and the focused tab on that window will be changed to the TMP tab.

This is quite disruptive, most users lose track of where they were and what is going on when this happens, until they learn.

So I suggest that when the TMP button is pressed and a TMP tab already exists somewhere, then that that should be moved instead of moving the user's focus.

The tab should be moved to the currently active window, or the window where the TMP toolbar button has been pushed (probably the same window until we have multi-focus computers)

And the tab, should be moved to the immediate right of the currently focused tab instead of being the rightmost tab.

While at it, the behaviour for pressing the TMP toolbar button, which currently will open a new TMP tab as the right most tab, should probably also open this tab to the right of the current tab instead of all the way to the right most end of the tab bar
