It appears as if the plugin is now blocked by Chrome - I was the plugin fine yesterday, and when trying to use it today, it had disappeared. Checking the extensions page, it had been disabled and cannot be re-enabled.

Given the last commit was ~ 4 years ago, feels like this project has unfortunately been abandoned, but it's been a very helpful extension for me, so hoping there's a chance it can be resolved and reinstated

Ah, it has been removed because it requests too many permissions according to Google. It seems Google added more fine grained permissions in the meantime and is nuking old extensions.

A bit counter productive.
