Updating info on GitHub(issue title, GitHub profile name) doesn't affect SOB

Summary: when user updates issue title in GitHub, it is not updated accordingly on SOB site;
same behavior for profile (organization) name.

same info on GitHub and SOB site

old data on SOB

Reproduction

Requirements: GH account is whitelisted, signed app, test application is added to repo;

• create an issue with bounty on https://openbounty.status.im:444/
• change issue title
• open 'Open bounties' on https://openbounty.status.im:444/
