1and1.com

Statamic works with the following modification

you have to turn on mod_rewrite manually, using .htaccess
you have to set the timezone using a php.ini on your root directory

Note:

1and1.com does not support mod_deflate nor gzip on their basic package. There are some workaround but it's a hit and miss
