Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When using the Tagger feature, along with scraping against Stash-Box, I have a few items that matches with incorrect items. This is usually due to the PHash being close enough that Stash considers it a match.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice to be able to dismiss a false-positive match, so it doesn't reoccur the next time I run the scrape. Stash should remember the rejected matches, and probably also make it possible to remove a rejection, to avoid accidentally dismissing a match, and being unable to bring it back.
Describe alternatives you've considered
The current alternative of just ignoring the matches, and leaving them alone kinda works... But it's a bit annoying, and it's very annoying if you accidentally accept one of these false-positive matches.
