After the Update KB4056892 on Win10 1709, the Terminal Services can't be started!

I have already reinstalled the newest Version 1.6.2 of RDPWrap

rdpwrp_inst
The Service can't start at Systemstart and I can't start it manualy. I get always an error message, Fault5: Access denied:

When i uninstall RDPWrp the Service can be started

Do you have any ideas to solve this Problem?

Fehler 5 == Error Code 5 == ACCESS_DENIED

This is either antivirus problem (#277) or incorrect ACL rights on file (#215).

Looks like totally a duplicate of #215.
