RDP Wrapper Configuration shows [not supported]: 10.0.19041.2075 #1992
Comments
Updated ini |
I recommend you uninstall the currently installed version of RDP, restart the machine and run the program I suggested again, it will ask you to install the RDP Wrapper, then update, restart after applying all the changes and validate... |
The rdpwup_8.zip recommended above contains the Wacatac trojan and is automatically removed when downloaded. But getting back to the new problem with 2015 that we started the new thread for, is there going to be an update of RDP Wrapper to fix this new problem several of us are reporting? |
sebaxakerhtc/rdpwrap.ini@9e1c8fc You need to replace the INI from https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sebaxakerhtc/rdpwrap.ini/master/rdpwrap.ini |
Yes, one of those worked. It took me a while to realize when I install, with or without -o, the installer would overwrite the rdpwrap.ini file you provided. I could not replace the rdpwrap.ini when the service was running. I could not figure out how to turn off the service through services.msc, task manager, or the RDPConf GUI. In desperation, I booted into safe mode, replaced the ini, rebooted into normal mode, and now it works. I wish there were better instructions, but at least we got it working. Thanks. |
Thanks! the new config coped with the latest Windows update!!! |
This INI worked for me guys. https://raw.githubusercontent.com/affinityv/INI-RDPWRAP/master/rdpwrap.ini |
It works ! if fullly supported but not listening , just follow instruction, right click at RDPConf.exe dir. open the cmd in this dir, run “RDPConf.exe -r” |
The latest way tried but still not working. |
That doesn't count, what counts is the version of termsrv.dll as reported by Copy in a good INI file, then do within an elevated cmd or ps session do If all the components of RDP are functional, then |
Hi Folks, This worked for me also (the affinityv rdpwrap.ini version) with service version 10.0.19041.2075) |
Is OS V 22H2 (build 19045.2846 working? I have been using modified DLL only with V 2004 (OS Build 19041.1) for longest time with no issues, now the newest OS crashed everything and new DLL (that was old one) crashed the initial log in and wouldn't allow even a single log in. I am still using file from 7/2020 that worked until last weeks build that I was delaying forever and it forced updated. termsrv.ziptps://github.com/stascorp/rdpwrap/files/11216765/termsrv.zip) |
Yes, if using this |

Sorry for my ignorance, which one? |

It is a configuration file (settings), do I put in the RDwrapper program file? Does anyone use just the term service DLL and replace it to work? |
