Currently you cannot sort any search results.

Text, single, and multi query searches should be sortable by the attributes that appear on the results.

Search attibutes include:

  • hydropathicity
  • charge
  • isoelectricPoint
  • bomanIndex
  • gaacAlphatic
  • gaacAromatic
  • gaacPositiveCharge
  • gaacNegativeCharge
  • gaacUncharge

Additionally, search should be sortable by:

  • sequence
  • length
