Doesn't recognise command line switches #17

The ReadMe for the Windows version lists these switches, none of which are recognised by BeebEmMac.

-Model <0=Model B, 1=B+IntegraB, 2=B Plus, 3=Master>
-Tube <0=off, 1=on>
-EcoStn <Econet station number>
-EcoFF <Econet flag fill timeout, see the econet section>
<disk image file name>
<state file name>
