Unfiltered data store select options on SQL directory creation #17

/settings/directory/edit, select SQL, get unfiltered options

This only happens on create, not on editing existing directory.

Extra: If incompatible store is selected during create, it automatically change to first (alphabetically) available SQL-type store, or none if no such stores exist.
