Tests failed on local

I pulled the repo and run cargo test on local environment, it failed 2 tests.

Have you tried running the tests more than once? This is most likely caused by a timeout issue, some of the tests are time sensitive and might fail if your environment is faster/slower than the one where the tests were written. That being said, this is something that needs to be fixed in the tests.

After serveral times retrying cargo clean && cargo test, it still failed these two tests.
