This appears not to be an official ST repository.
Official one is : https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/x-cube-usb-pd
Moreover, the content is not up to date.

OK. Message added on the main page to show this project is deprecated and not up to date.
This repository is no more maintained. Please get the latest official source code from the chip vendor.
