There two things I'd like to discuss about the incremental Haskell builds support that lingering in Nixpkgs for some time.
First off, has anyone here managed to use incremental builds with haskell-flake? The whole thing seems quite boilerplate-y, and honestly, I've been struggling to get it to work smoothly with it. If you've got any tips or experiences to share, I'd really appreciate it.
Secondly, given how complex yet useful this feature could be, I'm thinking maybe we could integrate support for it. This way, we might cut down on the extra setup steps and make this feature a lot easier for everyone, especially for those of us who aren't too keen on dealing with all that setup hassle.

I know @aravindgopall has mentioned it, but nobody else has given it a try yet. Feel free to drop by our Zulip if you want to discuss it with others. As a first step, having a working prototype (using plain nixpkgs even) would be an useful start.
