We need internal navigation on the right-hand side of the screen for the user to easily jump between sections. The internal navigation should be populated with H2s, and each H2 should be an anchor that can be clicked to.

The internal nav should highlight the section the user is currently viewing.

I assume references like Database#each in this page are also meant to be linked to the appropriate section in the docs?
