Home page in Docker not working :: Javascript blocked #221

When running in a docker, the homepage wasn't showing correctly.

The resource from “https://localhost:9443/js/dbhub.js” was blocked due to MIME type (“text/plain”) mismatch (X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff).

This is in Firefox in Ubuntu.
