Name error appearing when I run code

Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I wrote the code from a tutorial, select all in the screen, click Command + Enter, and instead of showing the results a message appears in the console saying that the name is not defined.

You can easily create animated gifs with the Licecap program, which is freely available for Windows and macOS.
