Make Project Explorer remember state of open files when reopening

This is a feature request.
Have the Project Explorer remember state of open files so that in the Close/Open sequence the Open will return you to the state the project was in when it was closed.

Projects need a lot of work to make them work as expected. We'll try to improve them for our next release (2.3).
