Add convenience methods for generating delimited files to FlatFileItemWriterBuilder [BATCH-2696]

The `FlatFileItemReaderBuilder` has a set of convenience methods to simplify the configuration of reading delimited and fixed width files.  We should add the equivalent methods to the `FlatFileItemWriterBuilder`.
