Parallel runtime logger cleaned up problem

Current implementation of runtime logger fits only when entire test suite is run.
When test suite got interrupted or single test is launched every run time log become blank or almost blank.

I believe it is possible to incrementally update or at least don't cleanup to earch and don't cleanup if not all suite was run.
