I enjoy writing and contributing to tools and libraries that make developers lives easier. When I was a student I spent most of my time reading and learning from open source. After a while I got rolling as a contributer. This inspired me to open source my own tools and libraries whenever I saw them useful to others. Open Source really is a gem in the software development world, and a community like no other. Eventually I got married and was also blessed with two wonderful young girls. These days my priorities have shifted a bit. Provider first, then the rest. I work as a senior consultant/developer, spend evenings as a coach for the local sports team, and parttime as the local lifeguard to help the local community be able to have a public pool. I want to spend more time on open source projects, but my time is limited. Sponsors enable me to use more of my time on open source. Any help is greatly appreciated.
