spm-build 的目标目录使用的是 dist，这个是不是拼写错误？以前也一直用这个，或者是历史传统？要不要改？
spm-build 的参数和其他地方的也不一致：
- spm-build
  - -I, --input-directory [dir]
  - -O, --output-directory [dir]
- spm-install
  - -s, --source [name]
  - -d, --destination [dir]

建议统一。

搜了下，好多用 dist，比如 http://nodejs.org/dist/

dist 是 distribution 的简写吧
大小写确实不一致
