Hello,

I ran PsiCLASS on a bunch of RNA-Seq samples but I am getting very weird results for a number of genes. Almost all the exons of the genes are being reported as a single transcript. Also some splice sites are not recognized properly. I have attached a few examples but there are more in the data. Could you please look into it?
