We are currently pinned to an old version of the regctl-installer GitHub action. This repository does not tag or release versions of the action, so we have to manually pin to specific commit SHAs from the main branch. The commit we are based on is currently 2.5 years, and several changes have gone in since we first took a dependency on it.
